What You Will Need to Bring With You

For the purpose of efficiency, we also ask that you bring the following items along with you (a printable version of this list is available here - Consultation Checklist):
- Your completed Pre-Bankruptcy Consultation Form
- Your driver's license(s) and Social Security card(s)
- Copies of your last 2 years of state and federal income tax returns
- Copies of any recorded deeds or mortgages pertaining to any real estate that you may own
- Copies of any titles to any motor vehicles that you may own
- Copies of any divorce decree(s) and/or domestic support orders
- Your most recent savings/checking account statement(s)
- Your last 6 months' worth of paystubs (if you're married, you'll also need to bring your spouse's last 6 months' worth of paystubs even if he/she is not planning on filing with you)
- Documentation of any pending lawsuit you're involved in
- Notice of Foreclosure (if applicable)
- Copies of any lease agreement(s) you are a party to (i.e. residential lease, vehicle lease, lot rental, etc.)
- Copy of Sheriffs Deed (if you've lost a house to foreclosure)
- Documentation regarding any retirement account (401k, IRA, etc.)
